The Nederlands-based technical solutions provider Seatec said it has received order for design and delivery of a custom build ROV control skid.
Multiple deepwater pump systems (4-off, each upto 3000msw) are being controlled by this ROV interface.
The control skid consists of following main components:
- Hotstab interface (for hydraulic power from ROV to each pump);
- 5 off Seatec Subsea Display with integrated datalogger (incl accu pack) for sensor readout;
- ROV control handles for each pump function;
- Multiple 15Liter Hydraulic Compensators.
Through the years Seatec designed various similar control systems and gained unique expertise.
The client and financial details have not been disclosed.
