Shearwater Wins Southeast Asia Job

Shearwater GeoServices has been awarded a combined 3D and 2D seismic survey in Southeast Asia.

The contract covers an area of 1,600 square kilometers for 3D seismic with associated 2D work to be executed over a 1.5-month period from end Q3 2019.

The survey will be carried out by the SW Vespucci multi-purpose vessel (MPV).

Designed by Ulstein and built in 2010 by Barreras, the 90.5 meters long SW Vespucci is a able to conduct source, 2D, 3D, and OBN seismic acquisition.
