The Netherlands-based technical solutions provider, Seatec, said it has designed and delivered an hydraulic operated pipe inspection tool.
According to the company, this tool will be used during an offshore campaign to measure and monitor the condition of windmill foundation piles upto 2.5 meters in diameter.
Unit is equipped with a special designed hydraulic cylinder and will be operated from a vessel.
The client and the project were not disclosed in the company’s release.
