SeaBird said it has received a 30-day extension for the currently ongoing work on an ocean bottom node (OBN) survey in the US Gulf of Mexico.
The project was announced on June 25, 2018 and kicked off in late August.
The extension is in accordance with the contract and brings the firm period of the contract to a total of 90 days.
The company is using the 81 meters long vessel, Osprey Explorer, for the work.
