Italian oilfield services player Saipem has informed that, with effect from November 15, 2018, Stefano Cavacini will assume the role of chief financial officer of the company.
According to Saipem, Cavacini will be responsibe for for the company’s administration, finance and control.
Stefano Cavacini, 47, has experience in the role of CFO in multinational groups in the industrial sector.
He will replace Giulio Bozzini, who will leave Saipem on October 15, 2018, as announced in September this year.
In the meantime, the responsibilities for administration, finance and control functions will be taken by the CEO, Stefano Cao, Saipem said.
