IKM Consultants has appointed Einar Refsnes as the company’s new CEO.
Refsnes has 20 years experience in the oil industry, the last 13 years from management positions.
From 2009 Einar held HR managers roles in Equinor and Baker Hughes. His last assignment in Equinor was head of HR in the Research & technology organization.
Refsnes was also department manager in IKM Consultant from 2004 to 2007.
“Einar has very relevant experience for this role and he is a person with a lot of positive energy. We are very pleased to have Einar on our team and wish him welcome back to IKM,” says Arne Vervik, executive vice president.
