ADMINISTRATOR – PART-TIME (25 HOURS +OT PER WEEK) – ABERDEEN CITY HARBOUR AREA
HPR’s client require an oil/energy or subsea/ engineering experienced Administrator with excellent ability with Microsoft Office .I.e. Word & Excel.
The ideal candidate may already be a highly experienced office or projects Administrator. Alternatively with some experience but super pro-active & fast learning.
In either case, you should be comfortable with working autonomously (sometimes alone) in a smaller city office and happy (love to) multi-task.
You will handle a wide & changing variety of general office duties such as answering calls/arranging visitors, basic accounts/invoicing, filing, typing, control of documentation, purchase & reconciliation.
In this role, your priorities will change in line with whichever stage of the tender/bid > award > operational > invoice cycle the company is ‘at today’ or simply as directed by head office.
You should be flexible to work overtime when may be required and to handle fluctuating activity levels day to day.
This client will tailor the package offered in regard to a temporary or permanent contract. Additionally, rates/salary will be commensurate with the experience & qualifications of the successful applicant.
