James Fisher Subsea Excavation (JFSE) has completed its second subsea trenching project with one of Europe’s front-running cable solution providers.
JFSE used its Twin R2000 excavation tool for the project.
The Twin R2000 provides operational flexibility for non-contact excavation. Excavating at a velocity of up to 10m per second, in depths starting from 1m, it produces up to 4m3 of water per second.
The tool and team are now sailing to the North of Scotland to address excavation requirements for the same client on another project.
“This is our third project with this client in the past four months and we look forward to collaborating with them to support additional requirements throughout 2019 and beyond,” JFSE said in a social media statement.
