InterMoor Makes New Appointments | Subsea World News

InterMoor has named Martin Kobiela as its new president.

Kobiela replaces Tom Fulton, who takes over the new global role of chief technology officer for InterMoor.

Kobiela, previously regional president for InterMoor Asia Pacific (APAC), had the overall responsibility for developing and managing InterMoor’s business in Asia.

A chartered engineer, Kobiela has over twenty years’ experience in the marine and oil and gas industries.

A registered professional engineer (P.E.), Fulton has been extensively involved with research, development and implementation of new mooring technology over his thirty years’ career.

As president of the U.S. entity, he has been leading InterMoor into digitalization by applying new technologies to their mooring integrity solutions.

Mark Jones, global CEO, InterMoor, said: “These two appointments reflect InterMoor’s strong intention to grow by capitalizing on its knowledge base. They will play a leading role in reinforcing our position as a global leader, as we keep developing the right solutions to meet the evolving requirements of our clients, especially relating to data capture, mooring asset integrity and innovative customer interfaces.”
