HR Wallingford Adds New Business Development Manager

HR Wallingford has appointed Michael Case as business development manager for the power sector. 

Michael, who  has ten years’ experience in renewables project development, was previously at Tidal Lagoon Power where he was head of Turbine Development working on turbine R&D along with lagoon strategic project development, site selection and feasibility studies.

Based at the company’s Oxfordshire head office, Michael will be leading on business development in the renewables, marine cables and nuclear sectors.

We support every phase of a project’s lifecycle, from concept development, site selection and environmental impact assessments, through operation and maintenance, and decommissioning.

HR Wallingford’s recent work in the renewables sector includes working with ScottishPower Renewables to evaluate scour protection for piled jacket foundations at East Anglia ONE, and carrying out research on behalf of E.ON to advance the understanding of pile driving on fish species during wind farm construction.
