The Brent Delta, a platform that was three or four decks high, has been stripped down to its absolute bare bones.

Most of the accommodation block, the flare stack, and the helideck were all dismantled by June, with August set to see more decommissioning.

One of the North Sea’s most iconic pieces of oil and gas infrastructure it arrived in Hartlepool in May after more than 40 years offshore.
