AgileTek Sees Rise in Contract Awards

Subsea engineering analysis consultancy AgileTek said it has secured global contracts to the value of £0.7 million so far this year.

The 40 projects, which includes work on North Sea umbilical projects and European and Asian offshore wind farms, involves work delivered from AgileTek’s base in London for clients in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Greece and South Korea.

Established in 2015, AgileTek operates in the offshore wind, offshore oil and gas and wave power sectors, conducting studies and analysis of flexible pipes, subsea power cables, umbilicals, marine hoses, cable protection systems and SURF ancillaries.

Steve Rossiter, managing director of AgileTek, said: “AgileTek has undergone rapid growth since its inception and is continuing to evolve. After a positive 2017 we are delighted to report such a strong 2018 so far.

“It is a pleasure to be working with so many new clients and see the positive results of our non-European growth strategy. The launch this year of our new business division, AgileDat, has also opened up an exciting range of new possibilities and allowed us to enhance our digital services.”

Earlier this year, AgileTek was recognised at the Subsea UK awards in Aberdeen, winning the Small Company of the Year Award.

In tandem with continued growth and success, AgileTek said it is also aiming to further bolster its workforce through active recruitment of graduate engineers.
